1. Service Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a scheduled shipment or warehousing service, refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and costs already incurred by 0036 Logistics. (e.g., driver dispatch, fuel, administrative, or reserved space). Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

  • Cancellation by Us: In the rare event we must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, mechanical failure, or safety concerns), we will work with you to reschedule at no extra charge or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

  • Billing Errors: In case of an invoicing or billing error, we will promptly correct the mistake and issue a refund or adjustment if overpayment occurred.

2. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • All shipments are covered by limited liability in accordance with applicable transportation laws and the terms of your bill of lading or service contract.

  • In the event of loss or damage, you must notify us in writing within the time period specified in your contract (typically within a few days of delivery). We will work with you and our insurance partners to promptly investigate and resolve the claim.

  • Refunds or compensation for loss or damage are subject to the limits of liability outlined in your shipping documents and applicable law.

3. Warehousing Services

  • For warehousing clients, refunds or credits related to storage fees, handling, or other charges are evaluated based on the terms of your warehousing agreement.

  • Early termination of a storage contract may involve applicable fees as outlined in your signed agreement.

4. How to Request a Refund or File a Claim

To initiate a refund request or file a claim for loss or damage:

  1. Contact your 0036 Logistics. representative within 48 hours of service completion or incident discovery.

  2. Provide your shipment or contract number, detailed reason for the request, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos, delivery receipts, invoices).

  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–14 business days of authorization.
